2020 Magnum Opus Millennium

This Magnum Opus, made in the year 2020, is a reprise of the Millennium model originally offered as a limited edition of 15 frames in the year 2000. The tube lengths are: seat tube 55cm, top tube 56cm. The Diadrant fork is a special request by the purchaser, who fancied a Bates-Hetchins hydrid. Braze-ons for: gear lever bosses on downtube, cable guides on the side of the top tube for rear brake, front deraillieur bracket on seat tube, tunnels under bottom bracket for gear cable, plus stop and guide for cable on chainstay, mudguard eyes on rear dropouts and on fork blades, bottle bosses on the downtube.

The finish is as follows. chrome head and seat lugs, fork crown and side extensions, half fork blades, half stays. Paint: main tubes metallic pearl gold; pearl rust red on head tube, panel on seat tube with a single band above and below the panel; pearl rust red tangs on the seat stays; lug lining in blue.

Components are as follows: Campag Centaur MTB front and rear derailleur and triple crankset, Record titanium brakes and Record shift levers, Chorus seatpost, Record headset bearing, Shamal wheels; Pirelli PZero Classic tires; Brooks Swallow saddle and Ergon Gp1 grips; Velo Orange handlebar, stem and gear lever supports.
