This 1960, 22-3/4-inch, MO ii was a special order. What is curious about it are the head lugs: on a standard MO ii of this period, the top head lug was short, the lower one was long; on this frame, they are reversed.
Components are as follows: 1st generation Shimano Dura Ace chainset, Barelli pedals, Shimano Crane rear mech, Suntour Cyclone front mech, Shimano 600 Arabesque downtube shifters, Shimano 600 brake levers & callipers, Stronglight headset bearing, Brooks Professional leather saddle, 3ttt bars & stem, Weinmann 27" clincher rims on Campagnolo C-Record hubs with butted spokes, Bluemels all rounder mudguards.
Original livery: black enamel, box lining, ht badge, first owner's name in calligraphy on the tt.
