Six-Day
Southend, 1972

The Six-Day model was a racing machine which featured a fluted seat tube to shorten the wheelbase. The lug pattern is modified Prugnat. The basic components include Campy 151 pista cranks and bottom bracket, with inch-pitch 24T chainring, Campy NR steel headset, Campy SL track pedals with Christophe leather covered clips and Binda straps, with a Diamond Roller chain.

The rest of the components are divided into road and track groupsets, as follows. For road: wheels built on Campy Pista hubs with Weinmann 27" rims and IRC 27 x 1 tires, with 10T cog, Cinelli road stem and bars (with period Schwinn vinyl tape), and a Campy front brake. For track: another set of Campy Pista hubs with Fiamme Ergal rims and Criterium Ruota Special tires, with 8T cog, Cinelli Track bar and stem with Velox tape.
