This Experto Crede is listed in the ledgers as a "special", probably made to customer spec, 23.5-inch, with straight stays, first sold 23 Feb. 1953 to Clayson Cycles, a reseller in Leicester, price 13 pounds 11 shillings 10 pence.
The components include: Campagnolo Grand Sport rear and front derailleurs, Grand Sport shifters, 3320 Grand Sport crankset, Phillips Credalux pedals, Weinmann brake levers and calipers, Mavic rims with Grand Sport lo-flange hubs, Grand Sport seatpost with Brooks B17 saddle, Cinelli stem, 3ttt handlebar, Phillips bb. It was restored by the owner himself, a project called Vicyclo in Greece.
